This webinar featured a multidisciplinary team from Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) discussing current practice and developments in Hospital in the Home (HITH) services across the district.

The session also highlighted case examples demonstrating integration between intensive care, hospital medicine, and HITH services, and discussed opportunities for service development.
